Betaneer ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile games and applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our games or apps (collectively, the "Services").

We do not collect your name, address, or payment card details directly. Purchases are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Save and sync your game progress.

• Comply with legal obligations under KVKK (Turkish Law No. 6698) and GDPR.

Our games may display ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage data to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

We also integrate the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – for crash reporting and usage analytics (Google LLC).
• Firebase Remote Config – for dynamic in-app configuration.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Depending on your location you may have the right to:
